Wards 5 of Rapides Parish except for the those potions beginning at the Rapides/Vernon parish line and Highway 28, East on Highway 29 to the eastern side of Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 4 West, then North to the Township 3 North, Township 4 North line, then East on the Township 3 North, Township 4 North line to the Southwest corner of Section 48 of Township 4 North, Range 3 West. then North then East the South around the perimeter of Section 48, including all Section 48 to Highway 128, then Northeast on Highway 128 to Belgard Bend Road excluding both sides of Highway 128, then to the South Southeast to a point on Highway 28 in Section 51, Township 4 North 3 West that is midway between Kisatchie Lane and Rachal, then South to the Township 4 North. Township 3 North line, and the East to the ward line at Range 3 West, Range 2 West and continue on the ward line; and inclusive of b) Sections 2,3,4,9,10,11,13,14,15 and 16 of Township 1 North, Range 3 West in District 27 of Ward 4 of Rapides Parish, c) that portion of Section 17 Township 1 North, Range 3 West east of Lemeuse Creek, d) those portions of Sections 1 and 12, Township 1 North, Range 3 West west of Spring Creek.
