The northern boundary of Huntingtown Elementary School follows the southern boundary of Sunderland Elementary School from the Patuxent River to the intersection of Route 4 and Ponds Wood Road.

The eastern boundary of Huntingtown Elementary School continues at the intersection of Route 4 and Ponds Wood Road south on the eastern side of Route 4 to the intersection of Route 4 and Stoakley Road.  Said eastern side of Route 4 to include but not limited to Harvey Road, Scarlett Drive, Armiger Road and Hunting Farms Lane.

The southern boundary of Huntingtown Elementary School continues from the intersection of Route 4 and Stoakley Road in a northwesterly fashion following the geographic divide of Fox Point Creek to its intersection with Hunting Creek, then following the geographic divide of Hunting Creek west to the creek’s outfall at the Patuxent River.

The western boundary of Huntingtown Elementary School then follows the shores of the Patuxent River to the northern point of beginning.
