The northern boundary begins at the Patuxent River and moves up St. Leonard Creek to John's Creek. It follows John's Creek and moves directly east to the Bay. All areas south of this line will attend Patuxent High School.

Patuxent High School area includes: Sollers Wharf Road, Mill Bridge Road, Coster Road, Cove Point Road, Little Cove Point, Dowell, Chesapeake Ranch Estates, Drum Point, and Solomons Island.
