The northern boundary of Plum Point Elementary School follows the southern boundaries of  Sunderland Elementary School and Beach Elementary School from Route 4 to the Chesapeake Bay.

The eastern boundary of Plum Point Elementary School follows the shores of the Chesapeake Bay.

The southern boundary of Plum Point Elementary School begins at the Chesapeake Bay in a westerly direction, south of Angelica Drive,  to the intersection of Wilson Road and Birch Drive.  Then continuing in a northwesterly direction around Birch Drive and to the intersection of Stinnett Road and Emmanuel Church Road.  From the intersection of Stinnett Road and Emmanuel Church Road west to the geographical divide of Hunting Creek, following Hunting Creek in a westerly direction to the intersection of Route 4 and Plum Point Road.

The western boundary of Plum Point Elementary School follows the eastern boundary of Huntingtown Elementary School to the point of beginning.
