Use of Data
===========

Data is provided in ESRI Shapefile format.  It may be viewed in commercial
packages such as ArcMap, ArcView, AutoCAD, Intergraph, Microstation, 
MapInfo, and Google Earth Pro.  ArcGIS Explorer is a free GIS data viewer
provided by ESRI which may be downloaded at 
http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/explorer/.

Additionally, a variety of free and open GIS software packages can be 
found at http://freegis.org/.

The City of Frisco does not endorse or provide techical support for the 
installation or use of any of the above products.



Coordinate Reference
====================

All shapefiles are projected in the State Plane coordinate system, Texas
North Central zone, using a datum of NAD 83.
