The South Area Boundary starts on Ejido go south on Ejido, East on Clark, north on loop 20, west on Hwy59 to Ejido. The north area boundary is Loop 20 and Del Mar Blvd go east on Del Mar to include Winfield, north Country Club Dr. including all south of Laredo Country Club, west on Country Club Dr. to Mcpherson, south on Mcpherson, including Jacaman Rd. Casa Verde Rd., University Blvd., and Lakeside Subdivision.
