The northern boundary of Mutual Elementary School follows the southern boundary of Barstow Elementary School from the intersection of Grays Road and Sixes Road east to the intersection of Route 4 and Broomes Island Road.

The eastern boundary of Mutual Elementary School follows Route 4 in a southerly direction from the intersection of Route 4 and Broomes Island Road to the intersection of Route 4 and Parran Road.

The southern boundary of Mutual Elementary School begins at the intersection of Route 4 and Parran Road and follows the geographical divide of St. Leonard’s Creek south to its outfall at the Patuxent River.

The western boundary of Mutual Elementary School follows the shores of the Patuxent River north from St. Leonards Creek to Battle Creek, then in a northerly direction following the geographical divide of Battle Creek to the point of beginning at the intersection of Grays Road and Sixes Road.

Roads and Subdivisions situated in the MES Boundary include, but are not limited to, the following: Chippingwood, Any and all homes off of Broomes Island Road, Mutual Estates, Any and all homes off of Grays Road, Any and all homes off of Ball Road, Strathmore, Halls Hacienda, Home Place, Any and all homes off of Mackall Road, Oriole Landing, Belle Grove, Cape Leonard, Any and all homes off of Parran Road, St. Leonard Shores, Broomes Island, Williams Wharf Area
